If digging Boehner and hence, Ryan-I found this one earlier today. Kevin McCarthy often very close to Potus. Not sure if Freedom Caucus or not. He was ( at least reportedly) in line for Speakership prior to Ryan’s securing.

What came out the past few days is that there was a meeting in London prior to the Pdop bar sitch and also someone from the campaign made an encrypted call to in Russian in September of ‘16.
