I'm inclined to believe that the "devolution" is a slide. haven't seen any docs for it.
consider that they path laid out using FEMA for interntal and MIL for foriegn policy, as laid out in 12th amendment, does the same. might not make shekel larp money for the D word quite the same.

after the first decertification, we essentially go into devolution, no president, FEMA for domestic and MIL for foreign affairs. nothing special about the "devolution" though, just a detail unless someone is trying to make a name with it on twitter.
there is an angle here, do not know if is true:
we already held the elections.
MIL sitting in the SCIF got the counts as they happened. before the rescans. before the ballots got burned or shredded.
Everyone who won by fraud steps down and is replaced by the opponent who got the next greatest amount of votes. This gets rid of the crooked Dems and the RINOs equally.
