Nice work anon, I think that you are pretty much spot on with the car layouts from both pics, however I am not 100% on the van with a car behind, I think that may be a van towing a trailer. Tbh not 100% on that either.

If you have a look at the Hispaniola awning/shelter in the LISA pic I was thinking that could be the group that was walking towards the cam in the Embankment pics - but again, that could very well be the benches/bins, I think you can see the steps that lead to the raised benches..

I was thinking that we could perhaps come at for the other side, are there any vehicles that we can say haven't moved but are in the Lisa and Emb pics. Based on the parking regs that would give us a 2 hour window (Max stay 2 hrs) - but again it would be impossible to tell if it truly was the same vehicle.

Just for future eyes, LisaMI6 cars line up with the end of the hanging lights which also line up to one of the street lights along Embankment. It is hard to see said street light in the traf_cam pic as the base of it is obscured by the traffic cam on the crossing. Pic 1 & 2.

Google SV pic shows the start of the hanging lights, with the street light and the rectangular box anon was talking about.

Possible theory,

2847 shows the car pulling up.

ROT1 shows car parked in loading bay, someone getting out and talking to driver (brake lights on).

ROT2 (brake lights off) car getting ready to move out of "loading only" bay. Pic 3 shows loading only bay in relation to end of hanging lights.

Possibly not. I stand by the parking bays but I am not 100% that they are the same vehicles, ROT 1 & 2 I would say that it is a dark grey/silver Mini. LisaMI6 I am not entirely sure that is a Mini.
