I was thinking that there maybe more to the "NSA_Traf_Cam" file names also possibly with missing parts. I have been toying with a few theories.
I think the NSA part is just that NSA.
Traf. You would assume traffic, so FIC, could be foreign intelligence community, could be a ref to NSA or maybe to the meeting participants. Or possibly foreign intelligence see (C). Also based on the area could possibly be Trafalgar.
Cam. Camera. era. This one maybe a bit of a stretch. ERA, ER - Queen, but I am thinking more along the lines of Her Majesty's Govt. A=1. Thinking in binary, 0 = off, 1 = on. Cam ER ON, leader of HMG. Tbh the ER could just be ER.
