The now missing cctv camera from the bridge would have not been able to look down the road towards the Houses of Parliament,it's offset is to far to the right. Any fixed camera in the position required to take the nsa-traffic cam shots would have the bridge strainers in its vision. The photographer would have leant forward of the bridge railing . As with the Corinthia Hotel. The photographer would need to be on the bridge to get the top of the lamp under the hotel name. taken from the steps its too high and the cam on the bridge would make it too low. i always thought that ROT was the rotational position of the camera
