Jena's Griswold's marriage

On May 24, Jena Griswold, 29, and Mohamed Enab, 33, wed in a traditional Jewish ceremony at the Rocky Mountain Park Inn in Estes Park, Colo. During the Egyptian-themed reception, Jena surprised Mohamed with belly dancers and a Spider-Man birthday cake while their guests danced with brightly colored scarves tied around their waists.

This is a strange-sounding match.

First, as of Dec 2017, she is excited about Christmas - likes a "fun old-fashioned family Christmas":

Jena Griswold, a Democrat running for secretary of state, says she’s inspired by the enthusiasm for her campaign, and she’s optimistic about the future of Colorado and the United States. “I am fortunate to have a very loving and supportive partner, who makes me laugh multiple times every day,” Griswold said. “And I am fortunate for a great family. I am looking forward to a fun old-fashioned family Christmas, spending time in my hometown of Estes Park with family and friends, and also, of course, (hopefully) beating my brother in our annual game of Monopoly.”

Here she mentions her 'partner' - later to be her husband i presume - but only says he makes her laugh.

Second, how is she Jewish with a last name like Griswold? Just half-Jewish?

Griswold is not a Jewish surname:

The "wold" part of "Griswold" is very likely an old English/Germanic word which originally could mean "forest" but came to refer to "open country". Many of the definitions also imply "upland". The "gris" part is more problematic. "Grise" means "gray" in French, and the French invaded England, so that derivation is possible. As is "grease" which is also from Norman French, though I don't know if there's any real support for that idea. "Grice" meaning "pig" (or "wild boar" if you prefer) is from Old Norse. "Gréosn" meaning "gravel" is Old English.

Third, assuming she's really Jewish, she's marrying a Muslim who is just fine with a traditional Jewish ceremony.

Really???

Fourth, although she is running for SoS that year in Colorado, she makes ZERO mention of her new spouse in a Denver Post article published three weeks before the election.

Family members: Mike Griswold, Reva Levey, Chris Griswold No Mohamed.
