Nah just inevitable. The USA right now does not have a functioning government. We should not expect any kind of cohesion or logical plan as the months roll by. In fact, we should expect the opposite, up until the military steps in to restore order. We are just seeing a slow collapse. Look for states to start forming their own coalitions soon.
