Hospital lawyers are not scientists.
Wisconsin judges are certainly not scientific. They don’t follow logic mostly. Laws dictating medical procedures be done against the will and wishes of a patient? What standing do they rest such bold decisions upon? Supreme Court? The same court where a justice refused involvement in the state of Indiana? I don’t believe these laws have any merit at all.

There are inherent ethical obstacles for inoculation of test subjects with a potentially lethal agent. That is why not done for any illness causing pathogen since 1954. Tissue culture passage is favored method, scientifically acceptable, and for some reason not favored by these authors you choose to worship. These authors are not scientific leaders in their respective fields. They are critics with an apparent grudge. Which of these authors is you?
