Here's a daft thought.

Afghanistan was obviously a set up. The entire army just fled the Country en masse followed by a swath of people.

There are horrific reports of what the Taliban are going to do but no reports of any of these things actually happening. Chaos and disorder is everywhere. However has anyone heard of any deaths or shootings? There has been plenty of noisome rounds being fired into the air or heard in the distance. Lots of pictures of weapons and equipment being left behind - most of the airframes and larger pieces are however blatantly U/S and out of commission. Does a Pashtun costume a Taliban make?

We then get more reports that DJT is still CiC - which would mean that the Taliban are aware of this and the original deal may still stand.

If they step out of line, he will hammer them.

If I'm correct then I would expect the airport to be re-secured fairly quickly and all citizens and Afghan contractors to be evacuated safely.

Meanwhile back at the ranch Joe, Heels-Up, Nanshy, Chucky, Pisstaker, Blinkered, Milley Vanilly, Frankausten and every dem senator and representative and the entire government then miraculously disappears.

Not one solitary soul has made a statement of any substance, far less a leader. The entire administration is in complete disarray and being publicly decried and mocked. No-one is out in front of the friendly press making the usual bombastic announcements. It's all very ominously hushed.

Are we witnessing a mother of all FF's by our side? One in which there are no casualties except the quick deaths of two incompetent corrupt governments?
