Wanting to investigate the photoshopped theory further, I went to Getty Images and typed in timezone clock and this came up in first 5 search results.

Not only does the wood look the same, the times of 11:29, 16:29, 23:29 and 00:29 appear in both images. What're the chances both images would have happened to be taken nearly in the same hour, and on the 29th minute of the hour?
