Rule Updates

Sorry for butting in with rules-related bullshit again, but I have made some small adjustments to Rules 4 and 6.

Rule 4: Doxxing others will result in a perma ban. We take threats of doxxing seriously, that also goes with doxxing yourself, wether intentionally or not. Do NOT fill out the name and email field in your post. It is highly dangerous here and WILL put you at risk. Any posts with emails filled in will be deleted and should be reported.

Rule 6: Keep Q Research discussion to the General threads. Do not create useless new threads with no informational content. This is seen as board sliding and you will be temporarily banned for doing so. You may create a specialized thread to research a specific topic, but again FILL it with useful information. Also, threads that haven't been responded to at least 5 times in over 2 days will be considered inactive and will be cleared out to make room.

Sure, some VPN's will give out your info from the logs they keep. Some will throttle your traffic depending on what you're doing. Some are honeypots. I don't know anything about Hotspot Shield though.

No, you don't. However, a consistent ID could be used as proof of authenticity in the case of proving which posts belong to you, as above.

You can change your ID/VPN IP as much as you like without getting banned, but no one will believe you are the same anon of course when claiming posts.
