This is not good, Canada is bringing in 20,000 as well. A well-armed army of 20k with a few armored vehicles can easily take down entire cities. Impale and leave a few citizens caught at the wrong place wrong time on every other street corner to instill fear and most won't even fight back. What would Darth Vader do?
