I want to sue my local hospital for the draconian Covid policy they are implementing right now. Class action lawsuit- citizens vs Hospital administration complying with unconstitutional federal mandates to First Do Harm
I don't know how to go about suing the admin, but I know that over 60% of our drs and nurses are currently refusing the vaccine, and currently subjected to biweekly testing. The hospital administration is changing their "policy" in October as per the fed gov guidelines to require mandatory vaccines for employees without the option to test. All the hospital exits are now "emergency exits only" and you cannot get inside the hospital for any reason without proof of vaccination or proof of covid test within 2 weeks. Visitors are subjected to this harassment and onsite nasal testing is only available in a few cases. So if your loved one gets in an accident and you come to the hospital without your vax card or proof of testing, you don't get inside. In October, vax cards only. Some employees are fighting back by protesting at the capitol, but they are expecting a mass walkout in October. The whole community is under undue duress.
