A fast human can run around 15 mph…for a few seconds. That would be a leisurely taxi, yet these dervishes have no trouble keeping up with the musical.
Taxi thrust probably wouldn't suck up a human, but would blow the crap out of anyone behind the jet. Newton's laws and all that…if a few hundred thousand pounds is being moved by air, then a few thousand hundred pounds would be too.
