Remember back when parents lined up at the mall, police stations, hospitals with their little kids to get fingerprinted & photo'd & address info on a card? They gave you the card but I always was suspicious there was more than 1 card. It was when lots ofkids were going missing..after the milk carton pic kids had their run.
