Their waterway systems are falling apart, their shipping fleet has almost no blue-water capability, most of their arable land has been washed away, they are still dependent upon imported food, their Navy is run by the army and has a tiny marine landing force, their aircraft fall out the sky one-third of the time, and Formosa is going to fuck them up with cruise missiles.
