Sorry to jump in the middle, but you two are raising some interesting stuff. (And yes, sandpoint IS very interesting).
What got me going, was the contestant over drilling without “Permission”. Just to point something out… 3000 of the 3300 County Governments in the US are having a hard time running trustworthy Elections. If they can’t or don’t want to clean themselves up… i do promise People will not be seeking “permission” from rotten Government before seeking potable water.
