What's N.C.S.W.I.C.?
Some meat with hash browns. Peel a mid-large potato and grate on the side of a grater with a bunch of holes. Heat large fry pan to mid-hi heat. Add olive oil to pan. Take the grated potatoes and squeeze the water out of it like you are making a snowball. Spread out in the pan. Not too thick. Take a pat of butter and with a fork move the butter around the top of the frying hash browns. Break apart and flip. Fry both sides until brown.
