The flopping body vid is real, the plane is impounded for 'human remains'. The image was captured through the portal window on the starboard side prior to it's 'separation'.

The landing gear doors are aerodynamically sealed and hydraulic so they aren't forgiving to squishy flesh. From what it sounds like, upon lowering the gear the bulk likely fell away, but between the video evidence and physical human remains they had to impound the plane.

Just FYI, and spouse txt'd a friend to verify, the plane is actually impounded.

I don't have a dog in this fight other than to point out, contractors strip and refinish the aircraft. It's typical for them to relocate or screw up the decals. We've even had them add inappropriate nose art to bombers which we unfortunately had to have them remove (yes, our tax dollars paid for it).

Second, it's common for crew chiefs to ask for window polishing kits to remove crazing/scratches, especially upon return from the desert. That image on the right looks like a crazed window after excessive sand dusting.

For what it's worth, not having the source info from the images, when/where they were taken, they are likely both real.

Just my opinion based off my own knowledge/experience.

Damn, that's the third time for the devil digits since I found these boards.

I'll ask spouse when she returns, I showed her the floppy person vid and she was skeptical and text'd (someone) didn't inquire beyond that.
