Thank you. I found a pic from Pacer.gov but I don't have an account so couldn't get the link. :/
It means that the case, and all of the evidence, will be brought before a grand jury. Then they will decide what charges will be sought in an actual trial. Not going to be a short process, but proof that a process IS indeed happening!
