I don't think it's bread number fuckery. They are old unfilled breads (bv deleting spam, uncle joe shit) and when there is no active bread anons post on old unfilled breads which moves them up in the catalogs.
OSS used to give us a heads up when a lot of posts were being deleted, so that the baker/anons could refresh and get correct post count. That's not happening now. BAKERS NEED TO REFRESH AND GET CORRECT POST COUNTS BEFORE BAKING. WOULD HELP SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
