Anons, try to remember. PDJT caught COVID around Oct 2nd, 2020. He gave a speech 9 days later. Fairly certain this drop is talking about PDJT. They were coming out accusing him "He's lost his mind due to COVID long term effects." That's why he was always doing off-the-cuff interviews. Showing how healthy, smart, and witty he was.

 

The last sentence, "Combat Tactics" means he took what was going to be their narrative and intercepted it before they had a chance to do it themselves. PDJT and the plan turned up the lock on the COVID narrative to hasten their plans so they'd continuously fuck up over and over again. Just like he sped up the vax, etc. They went with it because he controlled the dial on the speed.
