anons, stuck in a pinch and need some advice. can somebody clarify what is and is not considered "hippa" as far as vax status goes? Having some back and forth with employer about providing vax status, employer says it isn't hippa violation to ask for vax status, only hippa violation to ask my doctor for my vax status. They're asking for me to send a pic of my vax card, can they legally store those pics, how are they encrypted, is the pic hippa data, etc.?
Need advice here (all thanks to shitty milwaukee summerfest restrictions)
