I had to do something similar this morning.
Good luck trying to upload the photo. Those programs require very clear images.
Try to use the scan feature on your phone if you have one. That is what finally worked for me.
Now I just have to wait 24 hours for them to link everything.
Hurry hurry wait. Drives me crazy!!!
