Clif High postulates.

Clif High has been around for decades. He is an Internet data mining expert who uses “Predictive Linguistics,” which sorts through billions of bits of information on the Internet to predict future trends and events. He developed a program for scouring the internet for content that would allow him to see patterns of emotions and expectations as expressed thru language, and discovered he was able to predict future trends and events based upon that data. He calls it “Predictive Linguistics”.
