A bit odd, why is a military Gulfstream circling over Pawpaw West (by God) Virginia?
Gulfstreams aren't usually used for surveillance. It was in Europe for the past week, then flew to Miami from Ramstein this morning, then to Dayton Int'l, then to Pawpaw.
