They're unsealing as it is no longer necessary to keep it sealed. The reason they seal things is to prevent interference with other parts of the overall prosecution. There are potentially hundreds of thousands of people involved in this. It will take a lot of time.

I don't know why it was sealed, but I suspect it was probably damage control by the left. Problem is, Q inherited the helm and used it to its advantage. We're seeing it unsealed now as a trickle effect to keep the bad guys hating their lives.
