Clock hands at 21(9) and dual 17's [55] has clock hands at "9 11" at 8:55pm-ish? Don't ask me which time zone, but CST never a bad bet. So many ways to slice the digits. I'll lay a couple chips on No Name announcement times too.

Are we at a "2 days ahead of schedule" crossroads?

1.7.18 makes

8.18 (today) and the "17" is 5pm, and 2+0+2+1=5

so 1.7.18 has all the components of today's date and Qclock time of 10:30pm (17=5=50-minute mark=10pm and 18:00 at 6pm/30 mins on a clock). 22:30 MIL time… 18+5=23 (17=5), 22:30 is a type of "2323, or "26" (18+1+7=26), 17+18=35 (30-min mark and 5 as "50" at 10:pm).

If anything's happening, probably a time encoded there as well… and maybe an LA Police code.
