Just an idea on PF post in PB. Pain (23rd Annual Pawpaw Festival in Ohio) but actually believe this plane is investigating the old C&O Canal Tunnel area on the Potomac River on the MD/WV border. The Historic Park is located in MD. Tunnel itself is ¾ mile long but the trail goes up into the Forest about 7 miles up to the trail that ends in Big Pool at Fort Fredrick Park. I know the Paw Paw end is accessible by motorcycle but it is only a bicycle trail. It’s very rough up the hill. There are still old lock and dam remains along this canal route. Maybe some illegal business here? Data Downlink?
Power went down here just about the time the animals were put in pen for the night; got water from well just in time.
