Workfag for a J&J subsidiary here.
Notified two days ago that J&J requiring the jab for all employees. A few weeks ago, boss talked w/ me about a transfer - would be a better job and higher pay. But had to tell him yesterday I would not take the jab, so turned down the offer and told him why to prevent him investing his time and effort into training me. Department manager called me back thereafter and gave me me final work day. I will terminated in about a month. I will not sign an exemption/accommodation form and told them so. And Although they tried contacting HR to see if there was a loop I could squeeze through, they were told there was no way, so I'll be losing my job. I have no regrets. Although the company I work for manufactures medical devices (they were acquired) and not the toxic substances J&J is know for, I can't stand the corporate culture (increasingly woke leftism) or even being associated with corporate criminals anymore. Anon is well-prepared for this contingency and I'm happy to put this behind.
