Anon has worked for almost 20 years listening to recordings of doctors with different accents/dialects/etc and needing to learn (to pre-hear if that makes sense) a speaker's cadence and rhythm very quickly. My 2C is that it's the same voice. I remember what the rambling recordings sounded like here.
