I've never put much weight on frazzled. Also goes back to Q's drop of a video that's toxic to all. Toxic to "all". "All" would imply more than just HRC and Huma. But after that Q drop is about when it seemed that frazzled was gaining momentum and the embellishments on what's in the video seemed to grow more and more. And then it seemed like Q #1193 was referencing that supposed video in the Q&A and should've killed the rumor.
