"Military is the only way" has two possible meanings.

1)The military is the only institution not completely corrupted and will take steps to save us.

2)Exposing the military leadership as corrupt is the only way to convince the public that that no one in gov't cares about anything but their own prestige and power.

As of right now, it's looking like the correct answer is No 2.
