J&J blood clotting issue is more of a problem than previously thought.
Large clots have been found, yes, but they are rare.
The real problem is smaller clots forming in the blood which are only detected with D-Dimer tests.
These clots could potentially take years before they become a problem.

I'm reading in the comments that the footage was from another story they were doing on a Satanic Temple controversy and it was a mix-up in the feed.

That I don't know; this comes from a Weinstein/Maloney talk and they identified the small clots as an issue and recommended D-Dimer tests from time to time if you've had the J&J jab and to follow the prescriptions of your doctor.
