This bothered me. The CDC page for the Rona jabs, in the footnotes there is a link to a pdf for mammography. The pdf is outlining changes they are seeing on breast imaging of women getting the jab. It suggests that they lie to the women and tell them something about all vaccines cause that kind of swelling

and that's how you know it's working. What a load of crap. The truth is they have no idea what this thing is doing because they've never used it in humans.
