2018: The Pit, as a 17-unit Mission District residential hotel at 1312 Utah in San Francisco is called by those at the Department of Building Inspection, had a new "point person" in the person of Paul Pelosi, Jr., the son of the Speaker of the House. It had purportedly been stalled in reconstruction, with no permits, by the purported contractor of the purported owner, Georgina Rodriguez Ramirez. With only seven occupied units remaining, who “are living in a building with no heat, with holes in the walls, and with roofs falling on top of them”, the inspector had denied an extension to the two year time for improvement. Ramirez claimed she had been trying to get a loan. Additionally, it had become a haven for drug dealing, and it had had many complaints registered against it since 2015, including the presence of blood, rotting garbage, and raw sewage, as well as dangerous disrepair, such as a roof collapse upon a family of four in one unit.

It had then been turned over to the City Attorney’s office, however, they were having trouble coming up with the real ownership of the building. Pelosi had claimed he had a relationship with the owner, a different one, a Karena “Apple” Feng, and he had stepped in to clear things up, while creating other problems for himself in the meantime. Apparently, Pelosi had been dropping by the building for ten years for "foot massages" by an establishment located in the hotel, owned by Edward Feng, at Feng’s Holistic Healing Center, since deceased. Feng was the subject of a sting by the Feds for selling pills laced with arsenic and hallucinogenic chemicals derived from toad poison. Karena was Feng's daughter.

Documents show no transfer taxes paid to or by Ramirez, so the city recognizes Feng as the owner. However, even that is shady, and Pelosi's involvement equally so. Despite claiming he has no interest in the property he is listed in 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer of Feng RE, Inc., the entity owning 1312 Utah, of which Pelosi claims was a "gift". He even listed the building for sale, as $4 million failed purchase agreement indicates in a 2016 lawsuit against Feng RE, Inc. by West Edge Halo, Inc., from July 2015 showing Pelosi as the “listing agent”. In 2017, ownership changed from Feng RE, Inc. to Feng 24, LLC., and on a December 22, 2017, deed of trust, the signature for Feng 24, LLC is affixed by “West Edge Halo, Inc., A California Corporation.” Georgina Rodriguez Ramirez's name is listed by the Secretary of State as the CEO of West Edge, and also as manager of Feng 24, LLC. Feng claims she was cheated out of her “property with title transfers and fake liens" and that "Due to settlement, the new owners agreed to have my name on title without authority.” Ramirez claims they are co-owners.

In the meantime, the assessor-recorder’s office lists the last sale of this property in 1999. While Pelosi was purportedly the listing agent in 2016, a Bill Garlock, was the selling agent, who is a real estate investor with an interesting history. Garlock is claimed to be Ramirez's "boss” who the witness claimed the remaining occupants needed "to be driven out so the place can be revamped into the sorts of dwellings that doctors and nurses at nearby San Francisco General Hospital would live in", all of which violates Hotel Conversion Ordinance. Of course, Garlock denies this.

The Pelosi's are tied into both Chinese gangs and MS-13 gangs from El Salvador, both of whom conduct human and drug trafficking, and the latter are a Satanic cult which perpetrate human sacrifice.
