The way I see it, there are two factions in the NWO - the Nazis and the Commies.
Poppy and Son are in the Nazi faction, Clintons, Barry, Biden, in the Commie faction.
Nazis push opium, Commies push coke and crack.
I also think that the two factions operate within the Clowns, competing with one another for power and wealth.
So, getting the Nazi Clowns out of Afghanistan is partly an operation of the Commie faction, depriving them of the opium supply.
