Qanon is an umbrella or composite term that refers to the "movement" including the mysterious Q as a source of the drops, there is nothing wrong with the term per se.
Q seemed to have had problems that Qanon adherents supported all kinds of claims that didn't have basis in the canonic drops, for instance "adrenochrome", which was invented by the adherents on their own.

IANAL, but what I've read, if there's company policy (like vaccination, wearing a tie) and the employee declines to follow it, he or she can be fired and wont be eligible to receive unemployment benefits.
I don't know if terminating a job contract because of violating the company policy is an unlawful threat
