Then there is shit like looking glass that is in essence a quantum AI that the people concerned with frequency are manipulating in the quantum space, there is your god AI. The dueling AIs are a layer in the pyramid, but do not agree that it is the pinnacle.

Am of the opinion the AIs are playing chess, but evil AI has been drinking and his back teeth are floating and evil AI is playing like that. Whatever obstacle before it, the plan marches on, the AI concocts and manages ever expanding arrays of manipulation to surreptitiously advance the strategy. God AI, sadly to some, is playing to win, no move sub-optimal. The balanced counter to pandemic is to start and rush a vax program to prevent the full intended impact of the pandemic, planting enough seeds to later grow for the phase of the game where Trump is out of office. This is a multi-front battle, and the enemy is ever expanding the fronts.
