Looks like you’ve got some things very upside down. The loss of Life, Liberty and Happiness is very much related to the kind of ‘Lawyering’ your School is getting very much wrong. You don’t sound like fren to me, ill probably never hire you… and I’m sure you’re just fine with that.

I don’t know where you came from or are going, i just happened upon you talking about a how Government Employee may somehow be entitled to Due Process and Compensations for losing their Job (for whatever). I suspect the future holds lots of surprises for you.
Consider a side job learning how to deal with a dead cat. You may need to fall back on something.
