sadly to get work done these companies are forced to employ people that have relevant skills and training.
your average liberal arts degree type has zero useful skills.
… but what's really fucked up is they often end up employed as teachers and counselors that proceed to spread their shit to next gen - that's where it'went wrong years ago and thus 'today's paradigm'.
centuries ago the Jesuits said "give me a child that's 7 years old and we can make them into whatever we desire and it will be impossible to change them."
so yeah, sadly there are now a couple of generations of young so deeply indoctrinated there is no possible rescue
… and a very large part of their learning is to hate, yes HATE anyone that isn't with them - you, me, even the guy that sweeps the streets.
short version: despite your boss needing you to get stuff done, and even despite you diligently putting in good work, regardless (s)he hates you.
