~Questions have been raised about US President Joe Biden's cognitive wellbeing after a car crash interview over his handling of the unfolding Afghanistan crisis.
America's oldest president provided jumbled responses to questions and mixed up details about his son in an interview with ABC.
The stumbles did not make the broadcasted version but were revealed when a full transcript of the interview was published overnight.
It revealed the President incorrectly stated his late son Beau Biden worked for the Navy in Afghanistan, before correcting himself that he served for the Army in Iraq.
It follows a spate of gaffes and slips of the tongue since the 78-year-old ran his successful presidential campaign in 2019.
Mr Biden has previously suffered two brain aneurysms and a heart condition which makes the muscle beat too fast, causing dizziness and confusion.
A top cardiologist told MailOnline today that both conditions are linked to memory difficulties and confusion, as well as dementia.
Dr Aseem Malhotra, an NHS consultant and expert in evidence-based medicine, said: 'Certainly there's a link [between the conditions and cognitive decline].
'But just as a doctor observing him, given his medical history and age, I'm worried about early onset dementia.
'I would be worried about anyone exhibiting issues with recall and memory at Joe Biden's age.'
And Dr Amit Bajaj, an associate professor in speech science Emerson University in Boston Massachusetts, agreed that the reasons behind Mr Biden's increasing number of gaffes might be because of declining cognitive health in old age.
Mr Biden suffered two brain aneurysms in 1988 while trying to secure the Democratic presidential nomination, which went to Michael Dukakis. He had surgery to treat the life-threatening conditions.
Scientists warn those who suffer aneurysms - bulging blood vessels that usually occur in the brain or arteries that burst - may face memory difficulties, such as problems absorbing, storing and recalling information.

BIDEN: I think there was no consensus. If you go back and look at the intelligence reports, they said that it's more likely to be sometime by the end of the year. The idea that the tal and then it goes further on, even as late as August. I think you're gonna see – the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and others speaking about this later today.

Tucson being investigated over vaccine mandate
TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - The Arizona State Attorney General Mark Brnovich is investigating whether Tucson broke state law when it imposed a mandatory mask mandate on its employees.
State prosecutors are conducting the investigation at the request of State Senator Kelly Townsend, a Republican from District 16.
She filed what is known as SB1487 request asking whether if “the Mayor of Tucson Regina Romero and the Tucson city council in violation of Executive Order 2021-18 by requiring city employees to receive a COVID vaccination as a term of employment.”
EO 2021-18 was issued by Gov. Doug Ducey after the city passed the vaccine mandate. In it, the governor says local jurisdictions cannot pass vaccine mandates.
Brnovich has issued an opinion that local governments do not have the legal authority to impose vaccine mandates but he has not ruled on the Tucson case specifically.
He has given the city until Sept. 1 to respond to the question. State prosecutors have 30 days to issue an opinion.
“It’s no longer about the virus and health,” said Townsend. “This is about the rule of law.”
When talking about Romero, she said, it’s “very clear” Romero think’s she’s above the law.
Romero released a statement to KOLD News 13, in which she calls the investigation a “politically motivated tactic that is distracting from the immediate threat that Covid-19 poses to public health.
“I’m confident this complaint will be rejected,” Romero wrote.
Romero is backed up by Councilmember Steve Kozachik, who was one of the leading advocates for the mandate.
“We have a responsibility to the public,” Kozachik said. “We do not believe we are in violation of either the executive order of the state legislature and we’re moving forward with it.”
When the city passed the vaccine mandate, it estimated 1,000 of its workers were not vaccinated. The council approved a measure which said if 750 of those workers were vaccinated by August 20, it would rescind the mandate.
The city estimates it still has about 850 still unvaccinated, a preponderance of them in the police and fire departments.
A Superior Court judge dismissed a challenge by the Tucson police union to enjoin the measure.
“We are moving towards tyranny,” Townsend said. “We need to reign it in and we need to go by the law.”
She says those don’t like the law can work to change it but, can’t just ignore it.
But city leaders say the law can and should be challenged when it comes to public health.
“Kelly Townsend needs to get a revelation that this is not a hoax, this is not tyranny,” said Kozachik. “We’re simply saying to our employees it’s your obligation to get vaccinated.”

The uplifting video comes as many experts predict the COVID-19 pandemic is no longer an “emergency” and will soon become an endemic. In fact, Stanford Professor of Medicine Jay Bhattacharya commented that “We should be declaring a great and resounding success. The COVID emergency is over. We still need to take COVID seriously, and there are still vulnerable people here and abroad left to vaccinate. But we can start to treat it as one disease among many that afflict people rather than an all-consuming threat.”
As reported by UncoverDC, on July 19, AFLDS filed a motion in Alabama Federal Court to stop Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines.” Filed against Xavier Beccera, the U.S. Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and others, the lawsuit argues for immediate injunctive relief against the COVID-19 “Vaccines” of Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson to stop them from continuing to operate under EUA.

The motion also seeks to prohibit the FDA from approving the Vaccines for those under-18 category; for those, regardless of age, who have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 prior to vaccination; and until such a time as the Defendants have compiled their obligation to create and maintain the requisite “conditions of authorization” under Section 546 of the Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e), thereby enabling Vaccine candidates to give truly voluntary informed consent.
The lawsuit maintains the defendants were either wrong about the science or lied about the asymptomatic spread. AFLDS points out that the theory of asymptomatic transmission—used to explain the lockdowns and mask mandates against healthy Americans—had no study participants and was based explicitly on mathematical modeling. The lawsuit references an impressive study ignored by legacy media, corrupt doctors, corrupt politicians, and corrupt scientists that showed “asymptomatic individuals testing positive for COVID-19 never infected others. Since asymptomatic individuals do not spread COVID-19, they do not need to be vaccinated.”
