scientology, and not the hbo specials, is very against psychiatry and psych drugs. alot on autonomy and individualism. just reading their basic tenets show that.
could be like the catholic church where a few bad apples infiltrated the top to make it look even crazier or that it is crazy or that it's not crazy and would drain the coffers of the pharma companies.
