I worked with a guy once who fought against the cops with protests back in the 50's in england. He told me you can take a news paper and open and close it and it spooks the horses. Also if you roll it up and set it on fire like a torch and wave it around that spooks the horses too.
agreed, if shit goes down Venezeula style they will start getting killed in the streets and having their homes burned down with their families in them, while only earning enough for a cheese burger every day
old people still have them delivered, you can find them in their recycling
the horses have blinders on, but when you get a group of people opening and closing news papers and they can see it… they supposedly will freak out and I doubt they are trained for that. But I do know that they select calmer horses for police work.
