Taliban kidnap about 150 Indians in Kabul
More than 150 people, mostly Indian citizens, were abducted by the Taliban (a terrorist movement banned in Russia ) near Kabul airport . Kabul Now reports this on Saturday, August 21, citing sources .
According to the newspaper, the abducted persons were traveling to the airport in eight minivans for evacuation. On the way to the air harbor building, a group of unarmed Taliban beat them and took them to the Tarahil area. Several people were able to escape by jumping out of car windows.
