If you study the alleged background of PS you can sniff out that "he's" a cut-out. No images. The ones they initially profferred was a. ~20 years and b. didn't match the first shown. There were initially two alleged photos of him and they did not match.
They probably brought out the man whose image they had used [the first one was a real associate of McCabe who you can see walking out with him when the story broke], and dusted him off, when the name became prominent. His [alleged] family is very interesting if you look at it.
A lot of these "people" allegedly have high spooks in their family. cf "Paddock" Or maybe they just use peoples names and have lots of double.
