But in all honesty & I know this was talked about before when JA put that Q in that PDF book, but I think Chess is used for some Comms.
I thought about it again when I was watching Titans. In one of the new episodes they use chess moves, Birds Opening & best defensive moves. It was obviously more detailed then that.

When I take it after I eat(like I just did 20 minutes ago) The puking doesn't happen, but I get hot flashes & sweaty & tired & blah.
I guess I'll take it as close to bedtime as possible so I can sleep it off
