I agree, why would Trump keep telling us to get the vaccine if it was bad?
Maybe the vaccine was planned to be bad if Hillary won, but Trump actually had good input into the creation of the vaccine and he's still publicly against all the bad things they're trying to tack onto the vaccine - ie forced vaccinations, vaccine id's, masks and restrictions to freedom.
