I don't remember, no. I have to look at what that is. 17 seconds is the combustion point of thought, meaning if u can hold a pure thought for 17 seconds, the next thought like it on same frequency will be received by you and then it gains momentum = train of thought. Like if you think about something and next thing you know, a few minutes later you've worked yourself up and are mad as hell… or happy, whichever direction. Momentum ensues after the 1st 17 seconds. We can deliberately tune our dial and set the direction we want to go on.
