In 2nd clip, cooler ocean air moves to warmer air over land. Typical onshore wind when land near the water warms up during the day. That wouldn't necessarily be connected to the upper atmosphere wind pattern. It's local surface wind.
Looks to me like the bird on the left is the original. Numbers are a copypasta, I think, because bird on right has the lower lettering with the curve of the bird on the left, although right bird has them on the flatter part of the fuselage.
Also. assuming the numbers on the right bird are a copypasta, the color tone of the US air force is almost exactly he same. Hard to do. My guess is copypasta was done and the eye dropper tool was used to set the color of the U.S. Air Force from the numbering.
U.S. Air Force doesn't seem to be the same font. R's most apparent. Add that the rightmost badge to the left of the door is not the same on the right as the left. Smudged, too.
I'd go with right bird is not a U.S. Air Force bird. Original marking were brushed out and shooped up with the copypasta numbers and a typed in U.S. Air Force and nondescript badge.
I don't think the plane with the running Afghans is a U.S. Air Force plane. Original Markings on right plane were shooped out and numbers from the left plane were shooped in. U.S. Air Force on the right plane doesn't look to me like the same font as on the left.
Who else flys those planes? Guessing it's a C-17.
